About the Workshop
The workshop brings together leading psychologists, cognitive scientists, and philosophers exploring the nature of transformative experience, persistence, diachronic decision making and the nature of the self. The project is broadly interdisciplinary, connecting philosophical questions about the epistemic and personal change involved in transformative change with empirical research on the psychological self, computational models of the self, developmental change, and moral psychology.
The Workshop is organized under the auspices of the SPP. There is a $25 Registration Fee payable through the main conference registration process. SPP participants are encouraged to book their hotel using the SPP Accommodation Block.
